From out of nowhere I get this email from this spunky, Kelowna photographer that wants me to take photos of HER!…
This is one of the greatest compliments a photographer can receive and also one of the most nervewraking propositions. If another photog likes what you are doing… it makes your heart dance the happy dance! And an experienced, TALENTED photographer?? Well that’s an even bigger happy dance! And then the thought of actually providing this service to another skilled professional results in sweaty palms and nervous twitches.
Nevertheless, I put my fear aside and set the date.
Tacey and I had instant chemistry. She talks fast, jumps up and down when excited, laughs loud and hard and smiles feverishly.
Tacey is such a kind, generous, and nurturing woman. She gives off the most positive vibe. Her enthusiasm is contagious. I loved every second being with her. She is someone I can look up to AND relate to. And I could tell within 5 minutes of meeting her that she has a gift for ‘giving’….
Thank-you, Tacey for all your encouragement and guidance! I can already tell that we will be in constant contact for many mooooooons!
And just before we we ended the session…we had to get some photos of us taking photos of eachother. follow?
